Speaking of Users' Invitation...

This feature allows sending e-mail invitations to individuals, encouraging them to join the platform. They can be sent via a list of e-mails or through a CSV file.

Users’ invitation via the platform’s Control Panel is not related to the invitations sent when adding users to fluig Identity.


Invite users


01. In the main menu, click Control Panel. 

02. Go to the Collaboration tab.

03. Select Users’ Invitation.

04. Enter the e-mail(s) of the user(s) to be invited in the indicated field.

05. Select the message language.

The invitation e-mail text can be in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

06. Click Send invitations.

Invited users will receive an e-mail message containing a link to create their profile on the platform.


 

Invite via CSV file


01. Click Invite via file.

02. Click Select file and select a file from the local computer.

CSV files are documents that use a comma to separate values and can be created with applications such as Microsoft Excel.

03. Click Send invitations.



Monitor sent invitations


01. Click View list of sent invitations.

A list of all invitations sent by the platform is displayed to the administrator.

02. To search for a specific invitation, enter the e-mail in Search e-mail.

03. To filter invitations by specific status, click Status and select one of the available options.

04. Click Search.



Delete sent invitation


01. Click View list of sent invitations.

A list of all invitations sent by the platform is displayed to the administrator.

02. Enter an e-mail address in Search e-mail.

03. Click Search.

04. Select the e-mail address.

05. Click Delete.



Resend invitation 


01. Click View list of sent invitations.

A list of all invitations sent by the platform is displayed to the administrator.

02. Enter an e-mail address in Search e-mail.

03. Click Search.

04. Select the e-mail address.

05. Click Resend.



Register invited users


01. Go to the link in the e-mail invitation.

02. Enter a user name (login).

03. Enter a password.

To register users via an e-mail invitation, the access password must contain at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

04. Re-enter the password.

05. Enter the user’s name and last name.

06. Click Send information.


UserPasswordConfirm Password and Name are mandatory fields.
