Speaking of consent form...
The consent form is a written document containing clauses to ensure users are aware of their responsibilities and those of the company, system use rules, personal data privacy, and other information.
When the consent form is configured for the company, users can only access TOTVS Fluig Platform resources after accepting the consent form. If the form is rejected, users are redirected to the Platform login page, and the form will continue to be presented in subsequent authentications, until it is accepted.
In addition, whenever there are changes to the document assigned as the consent form, and such changes generate a new version or review, it will be submitted to user acceptance once again.
Accept consent form
01. Read consent form upon performing platform authentication.
02. Select Accept.
After accepting the form, users are forwarded to the Home page or the desired page. To read the consent form again, reopen the document via the Use policy link on the footer of pages.
Reject consent form
01. Read consent form upon performing platform authentication.
02. Select Reject.
Users who do not accept the term will be forwarded to the login screen and will not be able to access the platform.
Set up consent form
The consent form is configured by the platform administrator. Instructions to set up the form are provided in the Use policy help section.
Attention! If the TOTVS Fluig Platform is integrated to TOTVS Identity, the consent form is registered under Identity’s security settings.
