  • Creating Normative Instruction 86 (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To generate the Normative Instruction 86, go to the Tax Records module.

1. Copy to the \SYSTEM directory (or correspondent) the configuration file NORMA086.INI.

2. In Miscellaneous / Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.

3. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters are displayed.

4. Check out the following parameters:

Initial Date / Final Date?

The period of months in which the magnetic file creation operations are considered.

Normative Instruction?

The .INI file name to be used when creating the magnetic medium, without the .INI extension. For this magnetic medium, enter NORMA086 or NOR08655.

Important:

Different .INI files were created to meet different layouts, as described below:

Norma086 complies with the layout ADE COFIS 12/2001 (IN 86/2001);

Nor08655 complies with the layout ADE COFIS 55/2009 (IN 86/2001).

Destination File?

The destination file name, that is, the name the magnetic file receives after being created (*).

Example: ANORMA86.TXT

Directory?

Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Example: C:\

Select Branches?

Enter whether you want to select branches to be processed. If you select No, only the current branch is considered. If you select Yes, a screen is displayed for you to select branches to be considered.

5. Check the parameters and confirm.

Important:

(*) The SRF # 86 Normative Instruction has several standardized file models. These files can be separately created in distinct files. In this case, as all processing is ran through the use of the INI file, there is an instruction in this file to define the name (s) of the file (s) to be created.

Example:

[SI2 Accounting Entries        ]

ARQ.LANCSI2

Data_Lança C 008 0 DataInt(SI2->I2_DATA)

Conta_Anal C 028 0 Conta()

Ccusto C 028 0 ContraPar(.T.)

Where (ARQ) is the instruction which determines the name of the magnetic file (LANCSI2.TXT) to be created.

In case you need to create a single magnetic file, the INI file must be modified, in a word processor, and the line where the (ARQ) instruction is found must be deleted, according to the model below:

[SI2 Accounting Entries        ]

Data_Lança C 008 0 DataInt(SI2->I2_DATA)

Conta_Anal C 028 0 Conta()

Ccusto C 028 0 ContraPar(.T.)

If there is no (ARQ) instruction in the INI file, the program considers as the name for the magnetic file the content of parameter Destination File.

6. After completing the routine parameters, the Normative Instruction's specific parameter is displayed.

 Inventory Date

Enter the date to be used when creating the Inventory Record.

% PIS/COFINS Cred. Export Income

Enter percentage of PIS and COFINS Credit to be assigned to item Credit Value, associated with the export income.

% PIS/COFINS Cred. Taxed Inc. Domest. Market

Enter percentage of PIS and COFINS Credit to be assigned to item Credit Value, associated with the income taxed in domestic market.

% PIS/COFINS Cred. Tax Exempt Inc. Domest. Market

Enter percentage of PIS and COFINS Credit to be assigned to item Credit Value, associated with the tax exempt income in domestic market.

Important:

If the percentages are not informed, the value of PIS and COFINS will be considered as usual, with no value assigned to the items.

If the percentages are informed in each field, the values must reach 100%.

7. Check the data and click Finish.

After you finish, a screen for creating the DUMP/Follow-up file is displayed.

8. Click Yes to generate the file.

9. Once you confirm it, the configuration screen for creation of the DUMP file is displayed. All information entered is printed in the DUMP.

Important:

In the same directory entered in the Directory routine's parameter settings, the LEIAME.TXT text file is created. This file contains detailed descriptions of the files and the follow-up report on the processed data. For this file to be correctly saved, the NORMA086.TXT file must be saved in the corresponding \SYSTEM\ directory.

The 86 Normative Instruction bestows service invoices on tax receipts (issued by the SIGALOJA - Store Control module), in case there are transactions of this kind.

When the updating date required in some magnetic media records is created, the system's base date is considered. This process may be replaced by the contents of the _USERLGI and _USERLGA fields in case they are found in related tables. These fields are used to save addition/modification logs in the registry involved in the process.

Tables SA1 (Customer Registry), SA2 (Supplier Registry), SI1 (Chart of Accounts), SI3 (Cost Center), SB1 (Product Registry) and SRV (Funds).

To enable the log in a table:

  1. In the Configurator, option Dictionary / Database / Data Dictionary, select the table for configuration of the LOG fields. Select the table, then click Edit and, as the fields are displayed, select Fields reserved.
  2. To enable the Edition Log, you must repeat the process and select the option Edition Log.
