This routine generates the Colombia magnetic files. The formats meet the DDI 235056/2009 resolution requirements, Forms and Magnetic Media Legislation, obtained from the portal of the Bogotá District Finance Bureau.

Requirements
Copy the files artigo2.ini, artigo4.ini and artigo6.ini to the installation directory.
Add Inbound Invoices and generate them in Generation of Invoices.
Procedures
- In Magnetic Media fill out parameters according to field help
- In the NIT field, enter the NIT. In the case of another document, use the RG/Ced.Extr.
- Check the data and Confirm
Upon generating magnetic files, the document type that specifies the document saved in the file is: if 31 NIT the contents of field NIT are saved; if another type, the number in field RG/Ced.Extr. is saved. |
