To view the timeline via the Social menu item, follow the steps below:

01. Access the Social menu item;

02. Your social timeline in the app is displayed right below the shortcuts of communities and connections;

By accessing the timeline, you have access to interactions, shares, and posts made by other connections. In this section, you can access the social profile of other connections by tapping their username or profile picture. You can also check the full post content by tapping the text of the post; and verify who posted it, what date it was posted, and where it was posted. 

In addition, you can interact in posts through the Support , Comment , Share  and Notify actions.

  • Support: it can be used when the user likes the post content;
  • Comment: promotes interaction and engagement of the connections who found the post insightful;
  • Share: to share a post, tap on the corresponding icon and choose where you want to share this post; sharing is enabled for separate software, e.g. WhatsApp, Gmail and more... You can also copy the link and paste it into the publishing box to share it with your connections, or even paste this post link into a comment for other connections to view.
  • Notify: used when the user wants to be notified of new interactions in the post.
