To generate the Magnetic File:
1. In routine description screen, click parameters and answer questions observing:
Start Date?
Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.
End Date?
Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction?
Enter Normative Instruction to be processed: CONV115.
Target File?
You do not have to enter this parameter since Normative Instruction requires specific names of generated files.
Directory. Destination File?
Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Ex: C:\CONV115\
2. After confirming parameters, Agreement 115 specific parameters are displayed:
File Type M
Enter the Normative Instruction name to generate records type M – CONV115M.
File Type I
Enter the Normative Instruction name to generate records type I – CONV115I.
File Type D
Enter the Normative Instruction name to generate records type D – CONV115D.
Type of file
Inform if statement delivered is normal or substitute.
Media Type
Enter media type in which information delivered are saved:
a) CD-R, for statements with up to 1,000,000 records;
b) DVD-R, for statements with more than 1,000,000 records.
3. Check data and confirm them.
