Forms Control - Mexico (MATA992 - SIGAFAT)

Register series and intervals of forms acquired from SAT (TAX Administration Service), the approval number and digital seal certificate.

The routine is used to issue invoices, once that, after generating it using option Automatic Invoicing, this invoices are only automatically generated if their series are registered in the Forms Control function.

Procedures

To register Forms Control - Mexico:

1. In Forms Control, select option Add.

The add screen is displayed.

2. Fill out data according to following information:

Branch of Use

Enter branch of invoice range that will use the Forms Control function.

Series

Enter series of invoice range that will use the Forms Control function.

Initial Number

Enter the initial form number authorized for printing.

Final Number

Enter the final form number authorized for printing.

Approval Number

Enter approval number for Forms Control.

Type

Enter type of invoice considered for Forms Control function.

Active

Enter whether control is active.

Date

Enter expiring date of invoice range.

Authorized Number

Enter printing number authorized by Tax Authorities.

Certificate

Enter number of digital seal certificate.

3. Check and confirm the data.
