Speaking of configuring notifications ...
This feature allows the company administrator to set a standard for sending notifications to the users related to them.
In the notifications configuration panel, the administrator can set notification patterns on the platform. Notifications configured by the administrator will default to all new users that will be included.
This change does not occur for users already registered, because a notification center is already configured for them.
You can define the event notifications related to Documents, Processes, the Portal, Collaboration, Learning and General.
Even being defined by the administrator, users can enable/disable sending notifications in their Notification Center. More information is available in Notification settings.
Some events are mandatory and are notified on fluig by default. In this case, you cannot disable the notification on fluig, only the other types.
If notification cleanup settings are not edited, read notifications with over six months are deleted by default. However, notifications that require user actions are not deleted until an action is performed.

02. Click the tab Collaboration.
03. Click Notifications.
04. In Clear notifications, enable or disable the clear all notifications and clear read notifications feature, in the Actions column.

07. Define the types of notifications that your company’s users can receive.
The types of notifications available are:

- Push: when enabled, it determines that push notifications from the company can be sent to users. After you enable it, ON is displayed, indicating that the feature is active. When that feature is disabled, OFF is displayed.
- SMS: When enabled, the company’s notifications can be sent to users by SMS. After enabling the feature, ON is displayed, indicating that the feature is active. When that feature is disabled, OFF is displayed.
08. Define the notification options to be available for users to configure Documents, Processes, Portal, Collaboration, Learning and System events.
For each event, the available types of notifications are:
- Platform;
- Approval;
- Push;
- E-mail;
- SMS.
The configuration options available for each notification type in each event are:
- Enable: when selected, it determines that the type of notification chosen for the event in question is available for users to use and is enabled by default;
- Disable: when selected, it determines that the type of notification chosen for the event in question is available for users to use and is disabled by default;
- Off: when selected, it determines that the type of notification chosen for the event in question is unavailable for users to use.
When enabling/disabling an event notification, a message is displayed informing that the configuration has been changed successfully.
You can filter events using the “Filter notifications " field.
