Viewing of payments registered in the bank (EA_TRANSF = S and EA_BORAPI = S).

02. EXAMPLE

  1. When accessing Protheus through module Financials, access the menu Updates → Financial Management → New Financial Manager
  2. Once in the submenu New Financial Manager, click the menu Bank Communication (online) → Accounts Payable → Payments:
  3. Two tabs are displayed, Scheduled and Activated

Description of columns:

    • Branch - the branch in which the bordereau was generated
    • Bordereau - the number of the bordereau payable 
    • Prefix - the prefix of the bill payable
    • Bill No. - the number of the bill payable
    • Type - the type of the bill payable
    • Installment - the installment of the bill payable
    • Supplier Name - the name of the supplier registered in the bill payable
    • Date - the date in which the payment occurred or will occur in the bank
    • Value - the value of the payment registered in the bank


03. TAB SCHEDULED

Viewing of bills/payments set to SCHEDULED in the bank, and waiting for the posting of bill (E2_SALDO greater than zero) by the job FINA718 (further details in Jobs Configuration (Online Bank Communication)). After processing the job and posting the bill in the ERP, the record at issue is migrated to tab Activated, thus allowing the generation of receipts.

Available Actions

    • Details - provides the user with data on the bill payable being processed.
    • Cancel - Cancels the payment in the bank and removes the bill from the bordereau.


04. TAB ACTIVATED

Viewing of bills/payments set to PAID or DEBITED in the bank, regardless of whether the bill has been posted in the ERP or not.

Available Actions

    • Details - provides the user with data on the bill payable being processed.
    • Generate Receipt - allows downloading payment receipts. (To correctly perform the download, update the environment with the continuous dispatch of module SIGAFIN - Financials, dated after 7/5/2023)
