Speaking of Viewing Documents in Check out...
The Documents option in Check out shows all documents in which the user performed Check out.
Check out is the routine executed by the user to transfer a document to his/her personal folder, preventing other users from editing the document while his/her modifications are not applied.
Check In is the routine executed by the user to re-post the document back into its source folder. The Check In can only be performed for documents which are in Check Out.

01. From the main menu, click Task Central.
02. Click on the Documents tab in Check out.
03. Select the document to be viewed. To open, click on its code.
04. To view the posted document, select View Document in the checkbox located on the upper right corner.
05. Select View Properties to view the properties of the posted document and the respective approval history.
06. To view social information for the posted document, select Social Information.
Performing Check in
01. To perform the Check in for a document, select the Check in option in the checkbox located on the upper right corner.
02. Select the Details tab in Check in.
03. Enter a comment.
04. Define the version control.
05. Enter version/review description.
06. Select the Approval tab.
07. Configure the document’s approval.
08. Click Confirm.
Alternative Path(s)
Cancel Check out
01. Select the Task Central feature in the main menu.
02. Go to Documents in Check out.
03. Select the document to be viewed. Click on the respective code to open the document.
04. To cancel the document’s Check out, select Cancel Check out on the checkbox located on the upper right corner.
05. Click Confirm.
Edit Document in Check out
01. Select the Task Central feature in the main menu.
02. Select Documents in Check out.
03. Select the document to be viewed. Click on the Edit icon next to the respective code to edit the document.
