Speaking of rankings ...
In that tab you can register the score rankings of the engagement actions.
A ranking can evaluate a specific event or a generic event, i.e., an event group.
To be displayed in the ranking widget, it is necessary to relate the ranking to a group, because it is the group that is set up in the widget.
View rankings
01. View the current rankings for the engagement actions.
You can search for a specific ranking through the Search field located in the upper right corner of the window.
Add ranking
01. Click Add.
02. Add the requested ranking information.
The requested information is:
Description of the ranking
Description that identifies the ranking. That description is displayed in the tabs that make up a ranking group of the ranking widget.
Type of ranking
Measurement method of the events to make up the ranking. Available options:
- Qualitative: when selected, it considers the score sum of all the selected-type activities performed;
- Quantitative: when selected, it considers the amount of times the evaluated event has been performed.
Specific event
Specific event that will be evaluated in that ranking.
Generic event
Event group that will be evaluated in this ranking if no specific event is defined.
Team
Team that will participate in the ranking.
03. Click Save.
Edit ranking
01. Select the ranking to be edited.
02. Click Edit.
03. Change the chosen information.
Information regarding the fields displayed can be obtained from the alternate path add ranking.
04. Click Save.
Remove ranking
01. Select the ranking to be removed.
02. Click Remove ranking.
