To generate Cotepe Act:
1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description is displayed.
2. Click Parameters.
The system displays the routine's parameter screen.
3. Fill out the parameters. Check out the following:
Start Date/End Date
For this magnetic media, initial date and final date do not interfere, since only File Products (Table SB1) is considered. Keep these parameters in blank.
Normative Instruction
Enter the configuration file to be used without the .INI extension. For this magnetic medium, enter P1P2P9.
Target File
Enter name of text file to be created. For this Normative Instruction, enter: P1P2P9.TXT.
Directory
Enter directory name where text file generated is saved.
Obs.: The directory must be previously created.
4. Check parameters and confirm them.
A new screen is displayed to complement information needed to meet this annex requirements.
5. Note following parameter:
City Reg. Sender
Enter city registration number of taxpayer establishment.
6. Check parameter and confirm it.
