Generating ISS - Imperatriz MA (MATA950 - SIGAFIN)

To generate the ISS Statement:

1. In Normative Instructions, the routine parameter screen is displayed.

2. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters are displayed.

3. Fill out data according to field help instructions.

4. Note the following data:

Start Date?

Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.

End Date?

Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file name, without .INI extension. For this magnetic medium, enter DSIMPER.

Target File?

Enter the destination file name where the information is generated.

Directory?

Enter the directory's name where the text file created is saved. Example: C:\TXT\

Select Branches

Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. When entering No, only the current branch is considered; when selecting Yes, the system displays a screen in which you must select branches to be considered.

5. Check data and confirm them.

The specific Imperatriz ISS tax return parameters are displayed.

6. Click Next and fill out the following data:

Enter Declarant Qualifications

Select the qualifications of the declarant:

1 = Legal entity with a business in the city district.

2 = Legal entity with a business in another city district.

3 = Individual.

Enter Service Type

Select the type of service:

01 = General services - ISS taxed.

02 = Services with deductions on ISS calculus base, or with material exclusion.

03 = Health Services.

04 = Commerce, manufacturing, tax replacement.

08 = Legal entity services - invoices not issued.

09 = Services of a personal nature.

10 = Educational and training services.

11 = Financial institutions.

12 = Public transportation.

Enter the declarant's e-mail

Enter whether a fiscal voucher issuer

0 = No

1 = Yes

7. Check parameters and confirm them.

8. After you create the file, it must be imported in the validator, available at the city government's website.
