Speaking of usage statistics...

The usage statistics extractor allows an overview on how the platform is being used. Different usage information is extracted, namely number of users, registered groups and roles, number of registered and released processes, number of open and finished requests, number of posts, support, comments and communities, number of published documents and further information related to the use of features the platform provides.

When the information is submitted by e-mail they are received by the platform product team, processed and sent to the Analytics along with information on other customers for an overview of the platform usage as a whole. Thus, the product team is aware of the features customers are using to better serve them, always seeking to meet all of their expectations.

Important!

It's important to highlight that no sensitive information about the company is extracted, such as the contents of documents or request forms. The extracted information is limited to the resources frequency of use, and they are kept private.



Veiw usage statistics

01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check Security and access container and click Usage statistics.

02. View the extraction and submission options of the platform's usage statistics available.



Extract the platform's usage statistics

01. In the Statistics extractor window, click Extract.

At the end, a message informing that the extraction has finished is displayed. With the completion of the extraction, you can send the statistics by e-mail or download the generated file, as detailed in the alternative paths Send usage statistics by e-mail and Get usage statistics file.



Send usage statistics by e-mail

01. In the Statistics extractor window, click Send e-mail.

As you click this option, the usage statistics extracted are sent to an e-mail managed by the product team, where information is processed along with data from other clients in order to present an overview of the platform usage as a whole.



Get usage statistics file

01. In the Statistics extractor window, click Download.

As you click this option, the file generated in the usage statistics extraction is downloaded.
