To manage the accounts used to login to the app, follow the steps below:
01. Click the gear icon next to the username;
02. Tap the Manage accounts option;
03. The accounts used to login to the app will be displayed along with configuration options. The options are:
- Cache: Tap the option to set how often the cache will be cleared.
- Show notification: Tap the option to set to Yes and No.
- Download favorite documents: Tap the option to set to Enabled, Wi-Fi only, or Disabled.
- Automatic process synchronization: Tap the option to set to 1 hour ago, 30 minutes ago, 15 minutes ago, 5 minutes ago, or Disabled.
- Daily synchronization of offline processes: Tap the option to set to Disabled, Via Wi-Fi, or Via Wi-Fi or data network.
- Theme: Tap the option to set the app's theme color to green, yellow, gray, orange, or pink. The green theme is selected by default.
- Cache (clear data): Tap the option to clear all company data including documents and images.
