  • IGV Perception (MATA995 - SIGAFIS)

per

General Sales Tax (IGV), for certain products, estimates a special system (for example, in the acquisition of liquid fuel, oil products, etc.) that makes the purchaser pay a higher percentage on the purchase value.

This higher percentage is defined through the product that is traded and it can vary from 0.5 to 2%. The perception agent who pays more is entitled to credit it in the calculation of IGV to be paid in the period and in the calculation of perception values paid.

The rate may vary according to the product, hence it is tied to the NCM code to be entered. You cannot enter products with different rates in a tax document.
