To generate the Municipal DS:
1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description is displayed.
2. Click Parameters.
The routine parameters are displayed.
3. Observe the following data:
Initial Date?
Enter the initial date of the calculation.
Final Date?
Enter the final date of the calculation.
Normative Instructions?
Enter the name of the normative instruction to be calculated, without the .INI extension. For this magnetic medium, enter ISSNET.
Destination File?
You do not need to enter the destination file, because the system generates the text files with specific names, according to Bureau requirements.
Magnetic Files Generated:
PRESTADOS.TXT
CONTRATADOS.TXT
Directory?
Enter the directory name in which the text files generated are saved. Example: C:\ISSNET\
4. Check and confirm parameters.
The DS Municipal wizard screen is displayed, with specific information.
5. Click Next.
A screen is displayed for you to fill out the Municipal Registration of the Company.
6. Enter the municipal registration number of the company paying taxes and click Finish.
The system returns to the maintenance screen.
7. Confirm data again.
