The filling of Balance Sheet (Asset Balance, Liability Balance, Income Balance and Expense Balance) has some particularities. The first one is that Classification and Description of each account must follow the pattern defined by the Brazilian Supplementary Health Agency (ANS) in the default Chart of Accounts defined by RN136, available in www.ans.gov.br.
Each type of XML file to be generated is composed by data from some sheets of the XLS file (default sheets), which are:
- Registration data generated from the sheets: Registration Data, Administrators, Representatives, Shareholders, Subsidiaries, Facilities.
- Financial data generated from the sheets: Registration Data, Linked Assets, Cash Flow, Balance Age, Profits or Losses, Asset Balance, Liability Balance, Expense Balance.
- Complementary data of insurance company generated from the sheets: Registration Data, Net Assets and Creditworthiness.
Financial Data: diopsfinanceiro.xml The demonstrative frame is composed of: Linked Assets, Cash Flow, Balance Age, Profits or Losses, Asset Balance, Liability Balance, Income Balance, Expense Balance. Generating XML file Asset Balance, Liability Balance, Income Balance and Expense Balance. Objective: Inform to the ANS the monetary values of the accounts. Values are entered in Reais (R$) and they correspond to the account balance, calculated in the quarter under consideration. |
Each account must follow the pattern defined by ANS in the default Chart of Accounts, defined by RN136, which is available on www.ans.gov.br. If the ledger account does not have the information of field DIOPS (T1_DIOPS) with the classification defined by ANS (Groups 1– Assets, 2 –Liabilities, 3 – Incomes, 4 – Expenses), it is not added to the generated file (.XML). |
