Questions are parameters of routines that can be configured in Protheus. In the routine, these parameters can be viewed by pressing the F12 key in the routine browse. Some routines can automatically call up the question screen when started in order to parameterize its initialization. Below is an example of question screen in the Purchase Request routine (MATA110).

Notice that the routine already has some answers in the parameters, but the fields are free for editing. The Question Configuration routine is for setting a default response to these parameters and leaving them blocked so that the user cannot change them.

To block:
- Got to Configurator > User > Passwords > Question Setup.

- Click Include.

- In Group, enter the code of the Group of Questions (Ex .: MTA110).

- In User or User Group, select a user or group to associate this question setup rule.

- The Questions section will display the questions of this group. They are colored gray, as seen in the example.

- To block a question, click on it, and press DEL on the keyboard. It will be blocked in the routine. To enter a new default value, type it below the Content column, or in case of combo type fields, select the default value.

- In the example, the first 2 fields of the group of questions are blocked.

- Finish and click Confirm. When you press F12, you will see the parameter screen like in the example.

Notice that the first 2 fields are gray, that is, blocked.
