PPC production consists of production turnover updates, producing internal turnover records. This information may be entered manually or produced by data collector.

This transaction purports to update each production order operation, allocated via the Machine Load routine. The system displays dates, hours and quantities (which you must enter yourself) produced, and losses.

When you enter the last OP operation, the system automatically issues a production turnover (inflow of finished product in inventory) and the utilized materials automatic request turnover (inventory write off), calculating the cost online. This production is linked to Machine Load.


Important:

Before entering the productions, the Machine Load routine must be run for the indicated production order, that is, the OP must be allocated.

Procedures

Indicating PPC Template 1 productions:

1. In PPC Production - Template 1, select Add.

An addition screen is displayed.

2. Fill in data according to instructions field help instructions.

3. Check the information and confirm it.


Tip:

  • If parameter MV_REQAUT is configured as Entered and a production appointment is accomplished concluding the PO, and it yet has liabilities due, a warning message will be displayed to confirm appointment.
  • If parameter MV_REQAUT is configured as Automatic, the system automatically requests the necessary production materials.

After production appointment confirmation, the system accomplishes the usage percentage calculation of macro and micronutrients, based on production order required quantities and on percentages entered into the Product Register of these requests (production inputs). The percentage calculation of macro and micronutrients will only be accomplished when the last operation's appointment is added, when the final product enters the inventory.

Note:

MT (Movement Type) is validated after confirming the inclusion of annotations, according to the configuration of the parameter MV_TMPAD.
