The system allows blocking of Lots and Sub-lots to prevent a specific lot from being used.

If you want the system to automatically block the expired lots, set the parameter MV_LOTEVENC to N.

When the Lot Block routine is used, a log of lot/sub-lot block is generated and the quantity entered is allocated.

Through this routine, it is also possible to release a lot/sub-lot, totally or partially.

Procedures

To block lots and sub-lots:

1. In Block Lots/Sub-lots, select Block.

The system displays the blocking screen.

2. Fill out the fields according to the field help instructions.

3. Check the information and confirm it.

Release of Block

This routine is available for Canceling the block of lot and release it for processing.

If the block was caused by the expired validity date and the parameter MV_LOTVENC is set to N, that is, the system automatically makes the block, its release will last only 1 day.

When the system is accessed the following day, the lot will be blocked again. Therefore, to use it, you must release it.

Procedures

To block lots and sub-lots:

1. In Block Lots/Sub-lots, select Release.

The system displays the block records on the screen.

2. Check the information and confirm it.

If there are allocations or PO for the lot that was blocked, the system automatically uses this lot again.

Tip:

If required, the value of the block balance can be released partially.
