Integration of Microsiga Protheus® with CiaShop E-commerce enables process automation of customer register import, and orders requested on CiaShop E-Commerce for ERP, and export of products and all registers related to Microsiga Protheus® for the CiaShop E-Commerce.

The export flow is performed as follows:

• Registers made on ERP.
• Control services check the database to identify records to be exported to E-Commerce website, considering added and edited since the last export.
• Operations on E-Commerce website are performed by methods available by CiaShop.
• Enables to access export or execution follow-up services by Schedule, which are accessed by the Service Monitor of CiaShop.
• For all export occurrence, a record is generated on the export Log table for future view.
