Registered Prior Notice
It is not allowed to choose Types of Termination when Prior Notice differs from Prior Notice Register choice, due to integrity of information with the Prior Notice table (RFY).
For instance, if termination prior notice is settled, the prior notice type must not be 3 – Worked.
Available are the fields for information to offer to eSocial:
| • | Process Number: If employee termination is motivated by a process, enter the process number on this field. The field will be validated according to the rules for filling a Single process number. |
| • | Death Certificate: This will be requested for cases in which the eSocial termination reason is Death 09- Death or 10- Death by Work Accident. |
| • | CNPJ Succeeding Company: For companies that received employees in case of binding succession, to be used if the Reason for eSocial Termination is 11 – Employee transfer to other company of the same company group, taking responsibility for labor fees, without work contract termination or 12 - Employee transfer to other company, taking responsibility for labor fees, without work contract termination. |

Only the notice date is only read in the routine Prior Notice if the parameter MV_PROJAV – Project dismissal date according to prior notice, if content is entered .T.. |
