Attendance Control

It issues a relation with all information present in an ordinary attendance control card, that is, within a specific period, all attendance control entries of an employee are listed. A sheet is printed for each employee and these sheets must be filed in the company or branch with employee records in the event of inspection by the Ministry of Labor.

Tip:

The employee should sign the report to validate it.

The report considers the cost center in which the employee was allocated in the period selected, as well as date, role and category.

When there are no records to show, the word Absent is displayed. Approvals of absence or justifications are shown in column Notes.

It is also possible to add another Department printing order and, also, parameters to filter this information.

In option to order by C.Center, two options exist: C.Center + Registration and C.Center + Name.
In option to order by Department, find options: Department + Registration and Department + Name.

From release 12.1.5 on, the routine displays two extra features, displayed as it follows:

Print of the attendance control without entries, allowing the employee of the Service department to complete it manually and submit to the responsible to perform the entries on the System.
Bar code printing on the end of the report.

For the bar code the system has the following procedures:

1. The bar code printing will be parameterized through the question Prints Bar Code?
2. The bar code issuing will be comprised by the following fields:
a. Group of Companies.
b. Branch.
c. Registration.
d. Attendance Control Month (MV_PONMES).
e. Printing Date/Time

The amount of printed log-ins and log-offs will be based on parameter MV_COLMARC.

If there are more registers than defined on MV_COLMARC, rows will be added until it meets the total of entries by the employee.

The report can be printed only in PDF or directly on the SPOOL. Direct printing on the spool does not generate preview, therefore the PDF printing is recommended.

Non-genuine entries, that is, entries manually registered, will be displayed with an asterisk (*) on the attendance control sheet.

Four new rows will be displayed on the report: one with the amount of bonus hours, the other for overtime, other for night shift bonus of the day and another for absenteeism. Such information will be displayed only if these entries have been registered already.
