Transfers of Employees

This routine aims to perform individual transfers of employees among companies, branches, cost centers and enrollments.

Important:

To properly perform the transfer control, the transfer file (SRE) must be in a shared access format between branches and companies, that is, configure in SX2 in the same format and, if there is more than one company, the same file must be indicated for both companies.

For each executed transfer of: Company, Branch, Process, Position, Cost Center Department, Accounting Item and/or Value Class records are generated in the SRE - Transfers file.

The system makes available the following transfer types:

Transfers between Companies/Branches: In this type of transfer, all the employee movement remains in the origin Company/Branch and the employee is added to the destination Company/Branch.
Transfers between Cost Centers: The system uses the same Employee File record (origin) for the destination employee, changing only the cost center.
Transfers between Enrollments: This type of transfer is only allowed in the employee's month of admission and while there is no accrued transaction. In addition to that, it is only allowed when another type of employee transfer was not made.

Transfer of Employee by Departments: Allows transfer of an employee or several employees at once (batch), by Department or Cost Center.

At the end of each transfer, this movement history is generated in the Transfer File (SRE). From this history, the proper processes proceed in the routines: CAGED*, VACATION PROVISION/YEAR-END BONUS, RAIS*, DIRF* etc.

System allows Integration between Personnel Management and Quality Control (Quality) to transport transfer data to Quality environments.

In the default accounting, the parameter MV_ITMCLVL is verified in the employees transfer, in order to account by Cost Center (if the content is 2 - No), or via Accounting Item and Value Class (if the content is 1 - Yes) which, in this case, enables the fields Accounting Item and Value Class during the transfer.

For more information, consult topic Payroll Accounting.

The system makes available the option of selecting the Transfer ID to carry out the transfer of more than one employee, allowing the user to transfer the same employees of a transfer previously carried out to another destination or even to return to the same one in case of a transfer made as a mistake.

With this option, it is not necessary to manually select all employees one wishes to transfer, as selecting a Transfer ID automatically selects all employees of that ID.

Before carrying out a transfer, the client may choose to add fields from the employees register so that they are edited during transfer. This feature is intended as a facilitator so that the client does not need to access the employees register to edit registration data that are changed due to the transfer.
