Folder - Options
In Options folder, you can save the report configuration and restore them whenever needed.
Procedures
To define the options folder:
1. | In the report window, click the Options folder. |
The system displays the configuration possibilities of data options for report printing:
2. | Fill out the fields according to following description: |
• | Description |
Enter the name to identify the report.
• | Form |
Enter the type of form used to print the Report.
• | Nr. Copies |
Enter the number of copies in which the report is printed.
• | Receipt |
Enter whom is the report receiver.
3. | To save the changes made as option configuration, click Save. |
4. | To restore the former additional configuration, click Restore. |
5. | To delete a configuration file previously saved, click Delete. |
6. | To confirm the information and start printing, click OK or Cancel to exit without printing. |
