Folder - Options

In Options folder, you can save the report configuration and restore them whenever needed.

Procedures

To define the options folder:

1. In the report window, click the Options folder.

The system displays the configuration possibilities of data options for report printing:

2. Fill out the fields according to following description:
Description

Enter the name to identify the report.

Form

Enter the type of form used to print the Report.

Nr. Copies

Enter the number of copies in which the report is printed.

Receipt

Enter whom is the report receiver.

3. To save the changes made as option configuration, click Save.
4. To restore the former additional configuration, click Restore.
5. To delete a configuration file previously saved, click Delete.
6. To confirm the information and start printing, click OK or Cancel to exit without printing.
