Acquisition Planning
This routine enables you to plan asset acquisitions, registering future acquisitions of fixed assets for a certain period.
Through the acquisition planning resource, you can:
| • | Pre-register assets due to acquisition planning; |
| • | Confirm planned assets when the acquisition is made. |

Assets added with acquisition planning are classified as Pending Asset in the Classification of Purchases routine, indicating that this asset must be finished, since the asset is only considered as Acquired after confirmation.
Regardless of the estimated date for asset acquisition, the planned asset can be confirmed at any time.
The caption is displayed with the asset status, where:

Procedures
Registering the acquisition planning:
| 1. | In Acquisition Planning, click Add. |
A screen is displayed with data of the asset acquired.
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm them. |
