How to Replicate an Asset
It is possible to generate several copies of an asset by altering the item and code of the plate. The copies can be made in two different moments:

The item and plate code are altered by a sequential code filled out by the system.
| • | After addition |
The system also allows duplication of assets already registered.
Procedures
To make the alteration:
| 1. | Click Create Automatically while adding an Asset. |
The system displays a screen requesting the number of assets to be created.
| 2. | Enter the number of assets you want to create and confirm. |
The plate code will be changed only if the question Repeat Plate is answered No.
Replicating Assets already existing in the system:
| 1. | In Fixed Asset Register select the Asset to be replicated and then Copy. |
A screen is displayed with information about the asset.
| 2. | Change fields Item and Plate No. and click Ok to confirm. |
| 3. | Alter the plate code if it cannot be repeated. Check the question Repeat Plate?. |
A window is displayed requesting a detailed description.
| 4. | Enter the description and confirm, or cancel to do it later. |
