Clear History

When an asset is transferred, the system maintains the history of the managers responsible for it. This menu option allows clearing the history of transfers made and inactive managers.

Procedures:

 

To clear the history of transfers made:

1. In the Managers x Assets maintenance window, select Clear History.

The window Parameters is displayed with the parameters involved in processing the option.

2. Configure them according to the field help instructions and confirm.

The message History Cleared! is displayed.

Note that the system deletes the records from the database according to the parameters entered, clearing the records with status as Transferred or Inactive.
