Pending Issues
This option issues the list of pending entries of Occurrence/Non-conformance Forms and Action Plans, grouping them per User.
It shows data concerning the action plan, type of action, number of occurrence/non-conformance, opening date, closing date, status, etc.
Procedures
Generating the report of pending issues:
| 1. | In the generation window of the report of Pending Issues, click Parameters . |
A screen is displayed with report parameters.
| 2. | Configure them according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check configurations and confirm them. |
