Automatic cancellation of posts (FINA110 - SIGAFIN)

You may cancel posts of several bills simultaneously. If it is:

• Title: Only bills that are not on bordereau.
• Bordereau: Only bills that are on bordereau.

Procedures

1. In Automatic Cancellation of Posts Receivable, enter Cancel/Posts. These can be Bills or Bordereau.

2. In From Posting Dt. and To Posting Dt., complete the date range for bills, or enter the numbering range of Bordereaux in From/To Bordereau.
3. Click OK.
4. The posted bills are displayed.
5. Select the ones that need to be canceled.
6. Click Confirm.
7. The message Posts receivable cancellation successful is displayed.
8. Click Close.
