Speaking of evaluation scheduling...

The evaluation scheduling area allows monitoring application status (i.e. completed, scheduled and canceled applications.)

It is possible to schedule new evaluation applications, defining which users, classes, groups, disciplines, or individuous should perform it, as well as available period for execution.

After scheduling, each user receives a task in his/her task central to answer the evaluation. If the schedule was created for a person outside the platform, he/she will receive an email containing information and a link through which the user can access the evaluation to answer it. When the external person ends the evaluation, he/she receives a notification email informing his/her status and the acquired score - when the evaluation allows this information to be viewed by the executor. If the evaluation has essay question, the executor is notified by email that it is pending correction and, only after corrected, he/she receives an email containing the information about the evaluation end result.



View scheduled evaluations


01. In the main menu, place the mouse over Evaluations.

02. Click Evaluation scheduling.

03. View the history of scheduled evaluations. It is possible to search a specific schedule through the search field located in the upper right corner of the window.



Schedule evaluation application


01. Click New, in the upper left corner of the window.

02. Add the information required to schedule the evaluation application.


Required information:

Start date
The start date of an evaluation application (i.e. the date as of which it may be executed).

End date
The end date of an evaluation application (i.e. the date after which it may not be executed).

Description
Description of the evaluation application scheduling. 

03. In Search for evaluation, click the Search icon, located next to the field.

04. In the pop-up window, find and select the evaluation to be applied to this scheduling.

Only evaluations with released versions are shown on the list.

It is possible to find an evaluation by using the Search field – in the upper right corner of the window – or by paging through the evaluations – arrows located in the lower right corner.

05. Click Add.

Click Delete to delete an added evaluation.

06. In Search users, groups, course subjects and classes, click Search.

07. In the pop-up window, find and select the target audience for which to schedule the evaluation application.

It is possible to find a target audience (user, group, course subject or class) by using the Search field – located in the upper right corner of the window – or paging through the target audiences – arrows located in the lower right corner.

It is also possible to select more than one target audience at once.

08. Click Add.

09. After finishing the addition of the target audiences for the evaluation, click Close.

To delete a target audience added to evaluation scheduling, simply click the Delete icon, to the right of the line corresponding to the target audience.

10. In E-mails, enter the e-mails of the individuals for whom to schedule the evaluation application.

E-mails can be both of platform users and outside individuals, who have neither authentication passwords nor usernames.

To add multiple e-mails, just separate them by a comma (,).

11. Click Save to confirm the scheduling, or Cancel to cancel the process.

All respective students receive a notification after the evaluation scheduling is confirmed.



Edit evaluation application scheduling


01. In the scheduling list, select the schedule to be edited.

02. Press Edit.

03. Change the desired information. Information on available fields can be obtained in the alternative path ‘Schedule evaluation application’.

04. Press Save or Cancel to discard changes made, if desired.



Complete evaluation application scheduling


01. In the scheduling list, select the schedule to be completed.

02. Click Complete.

03. In the message displayed, click Yes to confirm the completion of the scheduling; or No to cancel the action.



Cancel evaluation application scheduling


01. In the scheduling list, select the schedule to be canceled.

02. Click Cancel.

03. In the message displayed, click Yes to confirm the cancellation of the scheduling; or No to cancel the action.



View evaluation application statistics


01. In the scheduling list, select the schedule to view respective application statistics.

02. Click Statistics.

03. In the Students tab, view specific information for each responding student.

Statistical graphics are displayed to the right of the window.

04. Click the Questions tab to view detailed information regarding each evaluation question.

Statistical graphics are displayed to the right of the window.

Click Comments, locate don the right-hand side of the corresponding question line, to view each question’s comments.

To return to the main window, press Back.
