Speaking of searching for users...
The search for communities returns content that contain the term sought, and it is necessary to access the Users tab to only filter results of that type.
When the relationship cloud feature is active, only those communities that are part of the same relationship clouds of the user are presented. More information can be obtained in Relationship cloud.
Basic Path
01. In the search field located on the top bar, type the text you wish to search.
02. A list of suggestions will appear. It is possible to select a word from the list or type any word.
03. Click on the magnifying glass to perform the search.
04. The search result screen will be displayed with the tab All selected.
05. Select the Users tab.
The search results are separated into tabs. By default, up to four tabs will be displayed according to the type of results found. If more than four different types are returned, a tab More will be added and will list the types found.
06. This tab only displays the search results that returned users.
07. In the result presented, it is possible to have new filters using the link Add filters.
08. The filter area will be expanded and a list of filters per period will be displayed.
09. It is possible to choose the following filters: last hour, last day, last week, last month, last year and specify a period stating the date of beginning and end of the search.
10. Select the filter(s) to be considered and click Search.
All searches present results ordered by relevance. It is possible to change the order of the result for newer or older. For this, press the check box in the upper right corner of the result screen and select an option.
