Speaking of Document Viewing...
This feature allows users to view the content of the documents posted in document browsing.
Documents are displayed in the internal viewer or player by default, which allows all users to use a single form for viewing, easing the handling of documents.
The internal viewer or player supports the following document types: DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, RTF, CSV, PDF, ODT, ODS, ODP, HTML, SVG, DCM, DGN (V7 e V8), DWG (2.5 a 2014), DXF (2.5 a 2014), TIFF, JPG, JP2, GIF, PNG, RAS, CAL, MIL, DIB, BMP, PSD, PCT, PCX, DCX, PCD, WMF, EMF, TGA, EML, MSG, TXT, OGG, MP4, WEBM, FLV, AVI e WMV.
If the document extension is not supported by the viewer or player, when the document is selected to be viewed, it is downloaded to be displayed in an application compatible with its extension.
Users can choose not to use the internal Fluig viewer when opening documents. This preference must be defined in the document properties.
Users can also perform the following actions, available in the check box located in the upper right corner of the window, from the document view window:
- Return to document view after performing any action available in this window;
- Go to Folder;
- Download;
- Checkout;
- Share.

Expand/hide additional information.Basic Path
01. Click Documents in the main menu.
02. In document browsing, access the folder that contains the document to be viewed.
03. Find the document and click the link in the file name to open it.
04. View the document contents.
Alternative Paths
Edit form record data
01. With the form record in view mode, click Edit form, located in the top right corner of the window.
02. Edit the data of your choosing.
03. Click Save form – to save the changes made – or Discard – to cancel the action and discard the changes.
Find Term in Document
01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Search, located in the upper left corner of the window.
02. In the displayed field, add the term to be searched in the document.
03. Click Search.
04. View searched terms found in the document.
Select Text in the Document
01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Select Text, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.
02. Select the desired text in the document.
Move Document
01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Overview, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.
02. Move the document as desired for a panoramic view.
Adjust Document to Screen Width
01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, and with zoom applied (enlarged or reduced), click Adjust to Width, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.
Rotate Document Page
01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Rotate Page, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.
Enlarge Document Size
01. With the document in view mode using the internal viewer, click Enlarge, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.
Reduce Document Size
01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Reduce, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.
View Document in Full Screen
01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Full Screen, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.
Print Document
01. With the document in view mode using the internal viewer, click Print, located on the upper right corner of the window.
02. Define the desired print options.
03. Click Print.
Download the Document
01. With the document in view mode using the internal viewer, click Download, located in the upper right corner of the window.
Print form record data
01. With the record form in preview mode, click Print, on the left-hand side of the window, just below the returned data.
02. Define printing preferences and click Ok.
