Purpose

It consists on making information related to contracts available, by displaying all details on contract stations, indicating where resources and materials are allocated and implemented, by comparing what was estimated with what is allocated in each station. In this query, data from Equipments Rental of Services Quotation are considered.

Query Fields

• Contract Number: indicates the contract number
• Equipment Reference Product: indicates the code of the reference product to the equipment in the contract
• Product Description: indicates the product description
• Estimated Amount: indicates the amount of equipment added to the contract
• Total Value: indicates the total value
• Start Period: indicates the start date of the allocation period
• End Period: indicates the end date of the allocation period

Filters Used:

• Allocation Station (Service Location): defines the service location whose information is filtered.
