Processing distributed for tasks
Improve the performance of your Fluig server by enabling the Fluig Async server for the processing of tasks of the product.

From this version on, we have Fluig Async, which is dedicated to the Fluig processing of messages and scheduling. This feature allows the creation of a server dedicated to the treatment of all asynchronous processing of Fluig boosting the performance of the solution.

Search and indexation of content on dedicated server
Boost the performance of your searches on Fluig

Now it is possible to boost the performance and availability for searches of content on Fluig. The new search and indexation model allows the creation of one or more servers to cater for requests of search and indexation of contents on Fluig.

Installation in character mode
Install Fluig on Linux servers without a graphic interface

The character mode installation of Fluig allows for its quick and practical installation on servers executing the Linux operating system without a graphic interface. 

Access to Fluig without entering user and password
Access Fluig using the user credentials to your work environment

With integrated support to authentication from the AD, Fluig uses the credentials of your network account for access to the product. This feature exempts the user from informing login and password in each access to Fluig.

Configuration of standard notifications when creating new users
Configure a standard for notification of tasks on Fluig

The administrator on Fluig can configure a standard for the notification of users on Fluig. When you create new users, they will automatically receive the notification options that were defined as standard for your company.

New options to define substitutes in workflow processes
Define substitute users for pending workflow processes on your own

The new options to define substitutes in workflow processes are:

• Common users can select their substitutes per process using data intervals
• Common users may query and revoke substitutes
• The administrator on Fluig can configure the access to the feature to define substitutes by user.

• The administrator on Fluig can configure the definition of substitutes by workflow process.

• A new service was created on the public API of Fluig for the maintenance of substitutes.

Subprocess as intermediate activity in workflow processes (CONFIRM DELIVERY)
Use a subprocess as intermediate activity in the flow of your workflow process.

Fluig now supports the use of subprocesses as intermediate elements between activities in the flow of the workflow processes.

Workflow process information in the language of the current user  (CONFIRM DELIVERY)
Create activity names, instructions to carry out the process task and message customization in the language of the user who is logged on Fluig.

The translation technique of the workflow process diagrams facilitates the communication with Fluig users in their preferred language.

Quickly update your favorite documents

With the favorite documents widget now you can update documents in a simplified way.

Create folders quite quickly
Simple and fast creation of folders

Now the navigation of documents allows quick creation of folders: just enter the name of the folder and it's ready.

Simplified posting of documents
The experience of posting documents has been redesigned.

To post your document quickly and easily, just click load files and select it from your computer.

Practicality to identify those responsible for folders and documents.

Readily identify users who can grant permission to access folders and documents.

Quickly and easily view the users who have full permission over a document or folder to request access permission to the right people.

Facility to copy the code from a document or folder.
Position the mouse pointer over the code of a document or folder to view and copy its code.

When hovering the mouse pointer over a document or folder, users will see the code for this record, and by pressing "ctrl + c" they will copy the code to their transfer area.

Updating the existing publishing files easily and quickly

Quickly update your document's main file.

Improvement in posting documents via Drag and Drop

The experience of posting documents via Drag and Drop has been remodeled. Post folders, documents or unzip your .ZIP files easily at the posting.

Follow the evolution of document posting

The follow-up to the posting of documents has been improved and now you can:

• Track the progress of the file upload;
• Track the progress of the posting of the file after the upload;
• View details of messages;
• Cancel upload.

Improvements for navigation in the document access records
View the access hits to documents with new features

The navigation history of access to documents has been improved and now it features:

• New field stating the time of the first and last access to the document.
• Export of the complete access list to all versions of the document.

The timeline and posting widgets can now be configured with the desired context. With this novelty, it will be possible to create custom pages with specific content from one or more communities.

Select the exact area you want to display in your profile photo or community. 

We have enabled the cut feature for images in the users' profile and communities and so they can choose the area of the photo that will be used.

From now on, Fluig will provide a variety of documented components for reuse in your widgets. Here you can find some of these components.

WCM

Page import and export
Create content in simplified ways through the import and export of pages. It is easy and intuitive to select pages which will be exported.

The new page export feature allows you to:

• • Export the data from the page;
  • Export the layout chosen;
  • Export the widgets in the order of definition of slots and their corresponding settings;
  • Export widget permissions.

The import of pages will occur regardless of the fact whether the page already exists at the target or not, making import easier for the administrator.

Manage resource security in Fluig through a new screen.

All the usability of permissions in the product has been remodeled, seeking to benefit the administrator when using this feature. Now, it is much simpler to apply permissions to resources on Fluig with a step by step guide. Manage the security of your resources intuitively and easily.
