Step by step: | The Work Area is a facilitator, a centralizing routine, in which sales representatives can access their Opportunities, Activities, Annotations and their Customers, all in the same interface, making the sales process easier. Important The routine Work Area (FATA320) is used exclusively by the module Billing (SIGAFAT). To use this routine, you need to register a Business Structure (FATA070), a routine unrelated to Work Area (CRMA290) and Business Structure (CRMA240), which belong to module SIGACRM. To access the routine Work Area (FATA320), you need to register the Sales Representative in Business Structure (FATA070).
