01. OVERVIEW
SIGAOMS - Distribution Management
This routine allows you to register the basic characteristics of vehicles, which will be used in the automatic and/or manual load generation that will check: weight, volume, and possible number of Invoices to meet specific routes.
SIGATMS - Transportation Management
This routine allows you to register the vehicles to be used in transportation trips highlighting data related to the vehicle, such as: model, license plate, maximum capacity, driver, height, width, fleet, owner, brand, color, type of vehicle and others.
You can control the movement of vehicles and drivers by registering their entries, clearance for trips, and departures. For this, just set parameter MV_CONTVEI to .T. (True). This indicates that the tracking of vehicle and driver movements will be made by the Vehicle Movement routine.
02. EXAMPLE OF USE
Register a Vehicle
- On SIGAOMS, access Updates > Logistics > Vehicles.
- In the Vehicle Registration screen, click
- In the Vehicle Registration - Add screen, enter the data needed for the vehicle registration.
- Check the data and confirm it.
Delete a Vehicle
- In the Vehicle Registration screen, select the vehicle to be deleted.
- Then, click Other Actions > Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Check Loading Schedule
- In the Vehicle Registration screen, click Other Actions > Loading Schedule.
- Enter the period to be queried.
- The screen displays the open schedules within the specified period.

Edit | Allows you to access the Vehicle Registration -Edit screen, where you can maintain information referring to the record selected in the Vehicle Registration screen. |
View | Allows you to access the Vehicle Registration - View screen, where you can view detailed information referring to the record selected in the Vehicle Registration screen. |
Other Actions > Delete | Allows you to delete the vehicle selected in the Vehicle Registration screen. This operation cannot be undone after being confirmed. |
Other Actions > Copy | Allows you to copy data from a vehicle registered for use as a reference to the generation of another vehicle's record with similar information. |
Other Actions > Loading Schedule | Allows you to view open schedules within the period specified. |
04. VEHICLE REGISTRATION SCREEN - ADD
Main Fields and Parameters
Field | Description |
Max. Capc. | Maximum capacity supported by the vehicle, which will be used for calculation when assembling the load.

Active Vehicle | When set to Yes, the vehicle is available to be allocated to a trip. |
Fleet | This indicates the type of fleet to which the vehicle belongs.

Owner/Owner Store | In these fields, enter the code and the store of the vehicle owner. They indicate, respectively, the Supplier and the Store used when generating Teamster Contracts for third-party/added. |
Vehicle type | This field is linked to the Vehicle Types file, which displays information on the vehicle types operated by the carrier and their characteristics, such as regular, tractor, utility, and others. |
Status | This determines the vehicle status and is used by the Vehicle Movement routine:

Benefic. Code | Code of the beneficiary that receives the Teamster Contract's balance. |
Benefic. Store | Store of the supplier that will receive the Teamster Contract balance. |
Benefic. Name | Name of the beneficiary that receives the Teamster Contract's balance. |
Transport service | This sets the vehicle's transport service. |
