Criação da API para retornar o status do serviço do TSI no Schedule.
03. SOLUÇÃO
Criado a API WSTAF047 conforme contrato da API TSIServiceStatus, onde irá verificar se o TSI está configurado no schedule e se o mesmo está no ativado no appserver.
