01. OVERVIEW

Accounting Entry, in Managerial Accounting module (SIGACTB), contains two statuses: Manual and Automatic. 

You can identify these statuses by checking the value of field: CT2_MANUAL - Manual Entry, "1" indicates that the entry is manual and "2" that it is an integration entry.

That is, field CT2_MANUAL will be saved with "2" every time the accounting entry is generated by integration with other modules, allowing the origin to be traced.

And saved with "1" when registered/typed directly in Management Accounting module routines. 

Routines considered as manual entry:

    • Accounting Entries (CTBA101) ;
    • Automatic Accounting Entries (CTBA102);
    • Parameterized Accounting Entries (CTBA103);
    • TXT Booking (CTBA500).

02. OTHER INFORMATION

The CTBGRV entry point is used after saving the accounting entry (addition, editing or reversal) to handle saved data.
