  • Registration of Rotation Rule Type (FATA572 - SIGAFAT)


This routine defines the rotation rules type, using information from the table and the field that has this information to validate.  Organizes rules by priority, also lets the user chooses the field with information evaluated in rule.

The types of rotation rules must be defined before registration of rules.

The priority of the rule type is automatically defined in this registration. Each new type of rule is entered with lower priority; thus, you must register the highest priority rule first.   


Important:

  • Select Table which system retrieves information from (Suspect or Prospect).
  • Select also the field that will have information to be evaluated in the rule. Thus, the system selects the sales representatives that fit in the data range, which is also informed in the rule.
  • The weight field is automatically displayed after selection of table and field, and it cannot be edit.


Procedures

To register a Rotation Rule Type:

1. In Registration/Sales Scenario/Rotating Rule Type, click Add.

The system displays add screen.

2. Fill out data according to help instructions.

3. Confirm it.
