This routine reads the magnetic file provided by Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT). It contains the resolution code corresponding to good taxpayers and updates the Supplier Register with such information.
In addition, the routine features a history with changes of a given supplier (or its company or branches), presenting a summary of its current situation and the number of times this supplier was removed from the list in a given period.
The Good Taxp. RS field indicates whether the taxpayer is a good taxpayer, and the BC Inclusion field provides the date the taxpayer was added to the magnetic file.
Procedures
To read the magnetic file:
- In Good Taxpayers, run the import routine.
- A screen is displayed for you to indicate the update date and the magnetic file.
- Check data and confirm.
