To generate DS Jacareí:
1. In Normative Instructions, the system displays the routine's description screen.
2. Click Parameters.
The routine parameter screen is displayed.
3. Fill out the parameters. Check out the following:
Start Date?
Enter the calculation's initial date.
End Date?
Enter the calculation's final date.
Normative Instruction?
Enter the name of the Normative Instruction to be calculated without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter ISSJAC.
Target File?
You do not need to enter the destination file, since the system creates text files with specific names according to the Secretariat's requirements.
Created Magnetic Files:
PRESTADOS.TXT
CONTRATADOS.TXT
Directory?
Enter the directory's name to save the created text files.
Example: C\ISSJAC\
4. Check parameters and confirm them.
Specific DS data are displayed through configuration wizards.
5. Click Next and fill out the following data:
Company City Registration
Enter the number of taxpayer city registration.
6. Click Finish.
