Types of Records Created


Record Type 1 - Manifest Data

This record is based on the Manifest, according to some restrictions:

  1. The reference Manifest number is considered. It is entered on the first screen of questions, where the Manifest number is informed.
  2. Only valid Manifests are considered.


Important:

  1. If the option chosen for the question "Do you want to generate several manifests?" is "YES", the system considers all existing manifests within the period selected on the screen of questions and each manifest generates a new record.
  2. It is mandatory to type the number of the reference manifest, because when you pass the file in the authenticator it is necessary to enter this number.


Record Type 2 - Invoice Data

The information of this record is generated as from the file of Customer Invoice.

  • Only records of Invoices for Pernambuco are generated.


Record Type 9 - End of Invoices referring to the Manifest

The information of this record is only to identify the end of the Manifest Invoices.
