To generate the GIVA:
1. Copy to the \SYSTEM directory the configuration file GIVA.INI.
2. In Normative Instructions, the system displays the routine's description screen.
3. Click Parameters.
The routine parameters are displayed.
4. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
5. Note the following parameters:
Start Date?
Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.
End Date?
Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction?
Enter the configuration file to be used without the .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter GIVA.
Target File?
Enter the destination file name where the information is generated. Example: GIVA.TXT.
Destination Directory?
Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Example: GIVA.TXT.
6. Check parameters and confirm.
A specific GIVA parameter is displayed:
Municipality Code?
Enter the Paraiba municipality code (PB) referred to in the statement.
7. Check data and confirm them.
