Creating DNF - 2004 (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To generate DNF 2004:

1. In Normative Ruling, a descriptive screen of the routine is displayed.

2. Click Parameters.

3. Configure the parameters, noticing the following information:

Beginning Date

Enter the beginning of the calculation.

End Date

Enter the end day of the calculation.

Normative Ruling

Enter the configuration to be used without the extension .INI. For this Normative Ruling, enter DNF2004.

Destination File

Enter the name of the file where information is generated.

Example: DNFNF.TXT

Directory

Enter the name of the directory where the text file is generated.

Example: C:\DNF\

4. Check the information and confirm.

The system displays a new screen, with the specific DNF parameters:

From Branch/To Branch

Enter an interval of branches to be processed by the routine.

The validating program currently imports a single file containing the transfers of the head office and branches registered in it. However, enter the range of branches that covers all the companies involved in the process.

5. Check the parameters and confirm.
