The field Soc. Sec. Cont. defines if the Social Security Contribution (Funrural) levies on tax document inflow transactions.
This field can be used when the supplier is an individual and, at the same time, the carrier. In this case, when you register an invoice of products Funrural levies on, a CTRC (bill of lading) is added for such products, although the tax does not levy on it. To treat this, you must configure the field Social Sec. Cont.
Protheus calculates the Social Security Contribution considering the following priority:
1. Configuration of the field Soc. Sec. Cont. in the Products file.
2. Configuration of the field Sec. Cont. TP. (A2_TIPORUR) in the Suppliers file.
3. Configuration of the field Social Sec. Cont. in the TIO file (not mandatory).
Important: If the TIO is configured to levy the tax on, but the Products and Supplier files are not configured, the tax is not calculated. |
4. Additionally to the configuration of the fields mentioned, which have priority in tax calculation, the following parameters are considered:
- MV_CONTSOC: Indicates the percentage to be calculated for Social Security Contribution.
- MV_DIAFUN: Indicates the day to generate the bill regarding the tax.
5. In the Configurator module, select option Create Companies. Click the folder Complements and then Registration Information, to define the content of the field Rural Producer with the following options:
- F: Individual.
- J: Legal Entity
- L: Special Beneficiary (works with the family group according to Bol. IOB Social Security Labor Law 48/94).
This field is automatically set by the system to blank, indicating the company is not a Funrural taxpayer. When filled out, it is directly related to the parameter MV_CONTSOC.
6. After configuring the information above, the system calculates the social security contribution and generates in Accounts Payable, from Financials, the TX type bill for tax
