Keeps additional information about products without changing their register. Besides, you can store tables of price, measurement, scientific name, quality certificate, and other information.
To register a complement, the product must be in the Product register.
Procedures
Registering a product complement:
1. In Product Complement, click Add.
The folders to be filled out according to field help instructions are displayed:
- Registration: Enter information about product complement, such as length, thickness, width, etc.
- Retail Management: Fill out the fields concerning additional information about products, such as Calories, Weight, Fat, Saturated Fat, Trans Fat, Color, Height, Model, Prod. Type, and Quality.
- Logistics: Enter information regarding product storage, such as package description, number of items per package, product length and width (for storage capacity calculation), etc.
- Other: Displays additional information specific to some modules.
In this folder, you can configure the Send MKT field so the purchase request document is automatically sent to the Marketplace Portal. If this field is configured as Yes, as soon as the purchase request is generated and approved by competence control (if available), it is sent automatically, changing the status of the document to Request Pending (MarketPlace). If the field is configured as No, it does not send the purchase request automatically. If the field is configured as Maybe, the purchase request is sent to MarketPlace and remains available to the Purchaser. |
- TMS: Enter information regarding product transportation, such as: shipment value limit, shipment weight limit, cubage percentage, if it is hazardous product, maximum age, etc. Thus, you can cancel the shipment if transportation is not suitable for the product.
In this folder, you can enter the product considered as hazardous. For that, associate this type of cargo with the ONU code, according to laws established. Send information to SEFAZ after making the freight calculation for this product. |
- Sales: Enter information about selling price and price reference date, etc.
- Wms
- Acd
- Agro
- Service Management: enter the field Type of Inputs selecting the options through the indication arrow. In the field Mat.Consumo? select Yes or No. Field Loc.Equip? using the indication arrow
2. Check data and confirm them.
Whenever the control of product review is activated through the parameter MV_REVPROD and the field B5_REVPROD=SIM, every new review inclusion or change, the product review status is displayed as blocked, not allowing any type of new review until some user with privileges analyzes the new review and approves it. |
