Through this routine, it is possible to register receipt books, allowing control of receipts provided to collectors.
Procedures:
To add a receipt book:
1. In the Receipts x Collectors maintenance window, select the option "Add".
The system displays the addition screen.
2. Fill in the data according to the field's help instructions.
3. Observe the following fields:
Enter the number of the receipt book.
Enter the registered worksheet type (official/provisory).
The system automatically calculates the number od pending worksheets. It will be updated when a receipt is added.
The option "Pending" must be selected to indicate whether this book can be used or "Closed", if it cannot be updated. The system updates this field automatically when all the receipts are used.
4. Check the information and confirm.
