This routine issues a detailed management statement. You can add Accounting Chart(s) to be printed at the end of the report.
The report Detailed Statement is available only to environments TOP CONNECT/TOTVS DBACCESS. |
Procedures
Issuing the report of detailed management statement:
1. Select the routine Detailed Statement.
2. A screen is displayed with report parameters to be configured.
Configure them as you need.
If the configuration screen is canceled, the report print is finished. |
Check the following parameters:
- Print detail of the view?
Once you select Yes, data of the detailed entity are printed (description, account, balance of previous period and balance of current period).
- Print Configured Charts?
Once you select Yes, a screen is displayed for selection of accounting charts to be printed by the end of the report.
3. Check data and confirm it.
